Greater magic weapon

Enhancement bonus is now +1 per 4 caster levels (max +5).
Duration is now 1 round per level.
A weapon can only be enhanced by a single weapon buff at the same time. Previous castings will be overwritten.
Gloves and ranged weapons can be enhanced as well.
