Harper Scouts are skilled agents with broad knowledge, social talents, scouting ability, and a Charisma-based spellbook on Arkhalia.

Class Type: Prestige class.
Hit Die: d6.
Proficiencies: Simple weapons and light armor.
Skill Points: 4 + Int Modifier.
Class Skills: Bluff, Discipline, Heal, Hide, Listen, Lore, Move Silently, Persuade, Pick Pocket, Tumble.
Primary Saving throw(s): Reflex, Will.
Base Attack Bonus: +3/4 levels.
Primary Ability: Charisma.
Maximum Level: 5.
Spellcasting: Arcane, Charisma-based.


Requirements

Alignment: Non-evil.
Skills: Lore 4 ranks, Persuade 8 ranks.
Feats: Alertness, Iron Will.

Feature Description
Deneir's Eye Grants +2 on saving throws against traps. Use: Automatic.
Tymora's Smile Once per day, grants the Harper Scout or one target +2 on all saving throws for 5 turns. Use: Selected.
Lliira's Heart Grants +2 on saving throws against mind-affecting spells. Use: Automatic.
Craft Harper Item Allows the Harper Scout to create special Harper items. This legacy crafting feature is disabled on Arkhalia. Use Arkhalia's custom crafting system instead.
Bardic Knowledge Adds the character's qualifying Bardic Knowledge class levels to Lore checks. Use: Automatic.
