There is several set of rules which shall be kept to achieve good looking Wiki and order in the Articles:

First, every Article shall have H1 Caption:

The Caption of the Article shall be placed right at the beginning of the Article:

The Caption of the Article is also the Name of the article as it will be displayed in the Sidebar. Therefore In the left side menu, prefer to use this:

[[en:myarticle]]

Over this:

[[en:myarticle: The caption of my article]]

If you think, that your Article shall have different name in the Sidebar, then change the Caption (the Name) of the article instead:
