Shifter

- shifter is now only level 10 prestige class, ie. no epic levels
- all shifter shapes are unlimited
- Greater Wildshape IV moved to level 9
- gains Shapeshifting Mastery at level 10: all shapes that has an epic variant becomes an epic shapes (see nwn wiki)
- gains bonus feat at level 10
- bonus feat list: Outsider shape, Undead Shape, Construct Shape
- removed wisdom requirements from outsider and construct shape
- these three feats can be also chosen as a general feat while levelling any class
- added new general feat: Unlimited Dragon Shape - requirements are Dragon Shape and Shifter level 10

Polymorphing

  • all druid/shifter shapes will use character's strength/constitution/dexterity if it is higher than what shape provides
  • all druid/shifter unarmed shapes will now properly take effect of all weapon feats for unarmed including devastating critical hit
  • all druid/shifter shapes are merging also “items” category
  • “items” category now consists of arms slot too, so druid will merge gloves/bracers.
  • the way that merging the weapon slot and the arms slot works is as follows: in a shape with natural weapons (e.g. Dragon), the damage and defensive properties from the arms slot merge, and only the defensive properties from the weapon slot merge. On the other hand, in a shape with weaponry (e.g. Kobold), the damage and defensive properties from the weapon slot merge, and only the defensive properties from the arms slot merge.
  • ability bonuses, skill bonuses and saving throw bonuses from merged items stacks together
  • polymorphing doesn't decrease spells slots, however most of the times, the spell slots that would normally be lost will be “depleted” after cancelling the polymorph
  • humanoid-like shifter shapes (minotaur, kobold, risen lord, rakshasa etc.) can use miscellaneous items such as scrolls, wands, healer's kits etc.
