+**Important:** Since NWN-EE patch 37 there is a new bug that prevents Warlock to select Combat Casting feat and possibly Spell Penetration too. There are two way how to workaround this issue. Either revert to version 36 or use the feat.2da file - read and follow [[en:known-issues#feats_with_spellcasting_level_requirement_doesn_t_show_at_level_up|Know Issues]].
 I still have to playtest this in the field. It is possible it needs a penetration feats rather than raw blast damage I took.
