Rangers are wilderness warriors with favored enemies, tracking talents, animal companions, combat style feats, and divine nature spellcasting.

Proficiencies: Simple weapons, martial weapons, light armor, medium armor, and shields.
Skill Points: 4 + Int Modifier.

Primary Saving throw(s): Fortitude, Reflex.
Base Attack Bonus: +1/level.

Feature Description
Trackless Step Grants +4 competence to Hide and Move Silently checks in wilderness areas. Use: Automatic.
Woodland Stride Grants immunity to Grease, Web, and Entangle. Ranger gains Woodland Stride at level 7 on Arkhalia. Use: Automatic.
Improved Two-Weapon Fighting Grants a second off-hand attack at a -5 attack penalty. Use: Automatic.
Evasion When a Reflex save would halve damage, a successful save prevents all damage. Requires light armor or no armor and does not work while helpless. Ranger gains Evasion at level 9 on Arkhalia. Use: Automatic.
Hide in Plain Sight Allows the character to use Hide while observed; disengaging from enemies may still be necessary before hiding successfully. Ranger gains Hide in Plain Sight at level 17 on Arkhalia. Use: Automatic.
Animal Companion Summons an animal companion once per day until it is killed or unsummoned. Ranger gains Animal Companion at level 4 on Arkhalia; companion level equals combined Ranger and Druid levels. Use: Selected.
Dual-Wield While wearing light armor, grants the benefits of Two-Weapon Fighting and Ambidexterity. These benefits are lost in medium or heavy armor. Use: Automatic.
Favored Enemy The first Favored Enemy grants a +2 bonus at pre-epic levels instead of +1. Each additional Favored Enemy increases the bonus against all favored enemies by +1. Use: Automatic.

Changed Ranger spells: Longstrider (1st), Barkskin (2nd), Owl's Wisdom (2nd), Endurance (2nd), and Spike Growth (2nd).

Level 21 - Bane of Enemies: Weapons used against favored enemies gain +2 attack and +2d6 damage.

Epic Bonus Feats: one bonus feat every 3 class levels after level 20.
