Class Features

Feature Description
Illiteracy Barbarians are the only characters who do not automatically know how to read and write. Use: Automatic. Special: A barbarian who gains a level in any other class automatically gains literacy. Any other character who gains a barbarian level does not lose the literacy he or she already had.
Barbarian Fast Movement Barbarians have 10% movement speed bonus. *todo verify if it works with haste on Arkhalia, in vanilla it doesn't.
Uncanny Dodge Improves defensive awareness when the barbarian is caught off guard; later ranks improve Reflex saving throws against traps. Use: Automatic.
Barbarian Rage Temporarily increases Strength and Constitution and grants a Will saving throw bonus, at the cost of armor class. Uses per day increase at Barbarian levels 4, 8, 12, 16, and 20; Greater Rage improves the rage bonuses at level 15. On Arkhalia, rage lasts 3 + the improved Constitution modifier rounds; Extended Rage adds 5 rounds, and rage bonuses do not count toward the +12 ability cap. Use: Selected.
Damage Reduction Starts at Barbarian level 7 as 1/- and improves by +1/- every 3 Barbarian levels (7/10/13/16/19/22/25..). It reduces physical damage taken from each hit. Use: Automatic.
Indomitable Will While in a rage, a barbarian of 14th level or higher gains a +4 bonus on Will saves to resist mind spells. This bonus stacks with all other modifiers, including the morale bonus on Will saves he also receives during his rage. Use: Automatic.
Tireless Rage A barbarian no longer becomes fatigued at the end of his rage. Use: Automatic.
Mighty Rage Improves Barbarian Rage at Barbarian level 20. On Arkhalia it is passive and upgrades Barbarian Rage rather than being used as a separate active rage ability. Use: Automatic.
