Use: Automatic. Special: A barbarian who gains a level in any other class automatically gains literacy. Any other character who gains a barbarian level does not lose the literacy he or she already had. | | Endurance | Grants Endurance as a bonus feat. | | Uncanny Dodge | Improves defensive awareness when the barbarian is caught off guard; later ranks improve Reflex saving throws against traps. Use: Automatic. | | Barbarian Rage | Temporarily increases Strength and Constitution and grants a Will saving throw bonus, at the cost of armor class. Uses per day increase at Barbarian levels 4, 8, 12, 16, and 20; Greater Rage improves the rage bonuses at level 15. __On Arkhalia, rage lasts 3 + the improved Constitution modifier rounds; Extended Rage adds 5 rounds, and rage bonuses do not count toward the +12 ability cap.__ Use: Selected. | | Damage Reduction | __Starts at Barbarian level 7 as 1/- and improves by +1/- every 3 Barbarian levels, reaching 5/- at level 19.__ It reduces physical damage taken from each hit. Use: Automatic. | | Indomitable Will | While in a rage, a barbarian of 14th level or higher gains a +4 bonus on Will saves to resist mind spells. This bonus stacks with all other modifiers, including the morale bonus on Will saves he also receives during his rage. Use: Automatic. | | Tireless Rage | A barbarian no longer becomes fatigued at the end of his rage. Use: Automatic. | | Mighty Rage | __Improves Barbarian Rage at Barbarian level 20. On Arkhalia it is passive and upgrades Barbarian Rage rather than being used as a separate active rage ability.__ Use: Automatic. | ===== Arkhalia Changes ===== * __Rage duration is 3 + the improved Constitution modifier rounds.
