  * rage duration is 3 + (newly improved) constitution modifier rounds, feat Extended Rage adds another 5 rounds to the duration
  * after rage ends, barbarian is fatigued (-2str, -2dex, 50% speed decrease) for a duration of 10 rounds
  * damage reduction now starts at lv 7 (was 11) and increases by +1/- every 3 levels thereafter
  * gains Indomitable Will feat (additional +4 bonus to will saving throws vs mind spells) at lvl 14
  * gains Tireless Rage feat (no longer suffer from fatigue after rage ends) at lvl 17
  * gains Mighty Rage at lv 20
  * Mighty Rage is now passive feat improving normal's rage bonuses 
  * rage bonuses doesn't count towards +12 cap
